TODAY, YARAM CONTINUES TO DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY PROGRAMMING, GROUNDBREAKING EVENTS, AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT IN LONDON AND BEYOND.
We host an annual community festival in Newham, offer term-time workshops in school, present annual soiree concert in inner city London venues and offer other innovative creative activities, particularly relevant to global majority audiences.

From 2023, an arts and mental health project in collaboration with CHIME (Community Health Intervention through Musical Engagement), to co-develop a participatory musical intervention to support perinatal mental health of global majority mothers.
A collaborative Africa in the Lounge live band music streaming series with sister organisation (African Night Fever) over the pandemic period 2020 & 2021
Commissioning Organisation – PRSF New Music Biennale in 2019
A grand Soiree Concert with African musical icon – Youssou N’dour, at the Indigo O2 in 2018
UK Tour of Sona Jobarteh in 2016 & 2018, in collaboration with Mintaka music
Regular annual carnival mas at Hackney One Carnival since 2010
Annual Yaram community festival in East London since 2010
